We certainly know that coffee producer is a part and predominant stage of coffee value chain; thus, we tend to look into the situation that is currently happening in community and find out any solutions to assist them. We are talking about some groups of coffee farmer who abandon from the classification but we belief in opportunity and personal efficacy to move-forward if we guide them through skill correctly.

Since we are working with coffee farmer every now and then, we found that to become an expertise will help them grow mentally and proficiently in their own roles through the supply chain.

Therefore, this year we have created a two main systems (M1 & M2) to work with them individually and cooperatively to reach amount of micro-lot basics for theirs own sake. Those two systems have a petite difference depend on previously knowledge and intention the coffee producer needs.


M1 is an early-stage system that we have been developing based on our field works and learning experiences. This system is suitable for a coffee farmer who has never been worked with any company or coffee professional before. We work with you to upgrade your capability from zero and take one step at a time in terms of coffee quality. This is a long-term project and the estimate time to complete the project is three years.

M2 is middle-stage system. We are collaborative with a coffee farmer or cooperatives as a consultant and focusing on damage component between pre-harvest and post-harvest. The grower must have experienced in coffee plantation, processing, and storeroom respectively. This is a short-term project and the estimate time to complete the project is one to two years.
